For each concept there is a personal expert who can provide you with all the information and explanations. We are also happy to explain all products and software to you personally, we take the time for you.

A data login is kept for every drone we deliver. This also keeps track of how many flying hours a drone makes and when it is time for maintenance.

  • Personal and informal demo days;
  • Software updates (we will inform you personally when it is time for an update);
  • Repairs;
  • A replacement drone if the repair takes more than 5 working days;
  • Direct and personal contact with the technical support desk on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm;
  • Possibility of maintenance contract;
  • Periodic return days to collect knowledge.
